Ways to Engage
Be inspired to engage with your alma mater. Not sure where to start? Below are SEVEN things you can begin to do today to engage with Ambrose University College and Seminary.
STAY INFORMED – Connect with our social media sites and regularly browse our website to keep current with what is going on at Ambrose.
PRAYER reQuest – Each month the Ambrose PRAYER reQuests are updated. We believe and value your prayers. Join with us as we pray each month for the current events and campus needs.
PROUDLY WEAR AMBROSE CLOTHING – Sign up for the Ambrose Alumni Network and use your discount coupon to purchase and wear your new hat, hoodie or sweat pants when you are doing errands. It’s a great way to promote and inform others about Ambrose. Ambrose clothing is available for purchase through the Ambrose bookstore.
LEAVE YOUR LEGACY – Financial support enables Ambrose to develop another generation of servant leaders. With your support we can continue our historical mission to send out graduates who will serve the church and society in the name of Jesus. There are a variety of giving opportunities that will suit your charitable giving preferences and ability. Visit Giving Opportunities to consider how you may contribute.
ALUMNI AMBASSADOR – A gift of time to work with the Ambrose Alumni Committee will enable alumni reunions and related events to potentially take place around the world. Volunteering your time would involve connecting with other Alumni in your region, assisting with event management and promotion. If you are interested, email firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
BE A FAN – Cheer on the Lions! Attend a game in Calgary or in your city when our teams are on the road. Learn more by contacting Colin Kubinec in our Athletic department at email@example.com or visit their web page here.
BE A MENTOR – The Ambrose Director of Career Development works with recent graduates and current students to support and facilitate career planning and development. There is a constant need for successful Alumni to mentor students or come back to campus to share experiences. Consider speaking at a career fair or sponsoring an intern at your workplace – the possibilities are endless. To learn more on how to engage with recent graduates and current students contact Joy Ulrich, our Ambrose Director of Career Development via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
