Dr. Randy Poon is the chair of the business program at Ambrose and teaches at Ambrose in a variety of areas including leadership, marketing, and business analytics. Prior to joining Ambrose, Randy was an executive trainer and worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Angie Redecopp was a corporate lawyer, worked on justice issues with an international NGO, and has served on various boards. Now she teaches business law, business ethics & corporate governance, business strategy, intro economics, human trafficking, and international development here at Ambrose and researches in the area of business and human rights. Angie speaks and writes on business and human rights, responsible sourcing, human trafficking, engaging with justice issues through your business or church, corporate governance, women in leadership, and responsible business generally. Dr. Tim Vanderpyl is a leadership consultant and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and teaches here at Ambrose in the area of human resources. Before becoming a professor, he worked in executive positions in the social services, healthcare, oil/gas and government sectors. He is the founding editor of Western Talent & Innovation Review and has published more than 20 articles on business and leadership related topics.
