COVID-19 Update, September 2021

As many of you know and have experienced, Ambrose University is committed to providing a safe and healthy space for our community. We are also committed to delivering an optimal academic experience, which includes an extensive selection of on-campus classes and activities.
In light of this, and based on the new guidelines accompanying the State of Public Health Emergency declared by the Alberta Government on September 15, Ambrose is adopting the new Restrictions Exemption Program (REP). We have chosen to phase in this program in order to allow students and employees time to comply with the regulations. Therefore, the REP will begin on Monday, November 15, immediately following the Ambrose Reading Week. At that time, any student or employee who wishes to be present on campus must show proof of one of the following: double vaccination, a medical exemption, or a negative result from a PCR or rapid test administered within the last 72 hours.

We are continually seeking God’s direction as we phase in the Restrictions Exemption Program, knowing as we do, that this will affect all of us for the Fall 2021 semester and beyond. However, we believe that this course of action will return us back to normal university life. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
