Program Requirements


For applicants currently enroled in highschool, or have graduated and completed less than 15 credits at another post-secondary institution.


For applicants who have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours at another post-secondary institution, or hold a recognised degree or diploma.


For applicants who do not meet basic admission requirements and are 21 years of age or older on September 30.


For former Ambrose students who have been absent for 3 semesters.

All applicants will be assessed on the above admissions requirements, however the following information may be helpful:

Homeschool Students

For applicants who have completed highschool through a homeschool education program.

International Students

For applicants who require a study permit to attend Ambrose.

United States Students

For applicants who are studying through the US high school curriculum.

International Worker Children

For applicants whose parents are working overseas.

English Language Requirements

If your primary language is not English, you must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following; 


Bachelor of Education (After Degree) Minimum Score

All other Undergraduate Programs Minimum Score

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)

Official test scores must be sent directly to Ambrose University by the testing body and the tests must have been taken within the last two years of your application.

The requirement may be waived at the discretion of the University in cases where a student has attended an equivalent institution in North America, or can demonstrate English proficiency by other means.
