Second floor bedroom with ensuite and walk in closet. 30 yards from the lake where you can enjoy the beach and skating/hockey in the winter. Pictures of the lake are taken from my deck so you can see how close it is.Includes use of laundry facilities and shared deck with BBQ and downstairs living space.
