I joined the faculty of Ambrose University in Fall 2017, leaving my corporate career behind me. I previously worked in Executive and Human Resources (HR) leadership roles in four different sectors (municipal government, oil/gas, healthcare and social services). I have facilitated more than 100 workshops, conference sessions and training sessions in North America and Europe. My unique blend of education and experience gives me a pragmatic approach into what leaders and HR Professionals and leaders really struggle with day-to-day.
Outside of Ambrose, I co-founded StartupContinuum in 2018. In partnership with Startup Commons in Finland, we are building E-Learning training courses for entrepreneurs looking to turn their idea into a startup and then into a sustainable company. Product rollout will occur later in 2018.
I also co-founded the Western Talent & Innovation Review (WTIR) . WTIR is an open access, peer reviewed journal that showcases examples, case studies, and best practices of Western Canadian organizations doing innovative things with their talent.
I am married to Jodie and we have two young boys (Age 4 and 2) that keep us insanely busy. We spend a lot of time as a family in the great outdoors.
