Ambrose Business Alumni

Mitchell Toth

Class of 2014

The Toths Photo & Film

Our business alumni pursue many different types of opportunities and Mitchell is no exception. Mitchell is applying his business skills to his passion for the arts, alongside his friend, business partner, and wife, Sancia. They describe it as “surreal to acknowledge that we create images and films of your beautiful stories for a living.” We are so glad that Mitchell has been able to successfully combine business and the arts!

Ambrose Business Alumni

Brayden Boerchers

Class of 2017
Business Account Manager
Apple Inc.

One of Brayden’s Ambrose highlights was competing in Vivacity, a collaborative challenge with students from all of Calgary’s universities. In his blog on the experience, he talks about team dynamics and incorporating different opinions, offering that “the easy part was building a plan around an idea and pitching it to the judges – the hard part was actually getting to that idea.” Brayden continued to use his abilities to plan and collaborate after graduation as a researcher with Ambrose’s Canadian Poverty Institute. Meanwhile, Brayden joined Apple as a sales specialist, moving quickly to his current role as a business account manager.

Ambrose Business Alumni

Kristina Noton (Siemens)

Class of 2016
Insurance Broker
Costen Insurance

After graduating from Ambrose business, Kristina advanced quickly in the insurance industry: first a customer service representative, then a claims adjuster, and now an insurance broker. Other business school activities include meeting and marrying fellow business student Tyler Noton (2017). Kristina is pictured here visiting Tyler’s homeland in South Africa. These two alumni are on everyone’s lists of nicest business students, so we are so glad they found each other and that they are advancing in their business careers!
