This session will turn to sociology to help address two questions in a Canadian context. First, what do we know about the fastest growing “religious” group in Canada, “religious nones” – those who say they have no religion? Second, how do Canadians – from the pulpits to the pews to society at large – think about, practice, and respond to evangelism today? A central goal is have an empirically informed conversation about personal and corporate evangelism in contemporary Canada.

Cost: $10
Speaker: Dr. Joel Thiessen

This is a joint event between the Jaffray Centre for Global Initiatives, and the Flourishing Congregations Institute.
