Please Note: You will be contacted with your student ID and payment information once your registration has been started. Registration is not complete until payment has been received.

Audit Regulations and Procedures

  • Classes may be audited with the approval of the instructor, in consultation with the Office of the Registrar.
  • Once registered, the student will appear on the class list, and the audited course will appear on his or her transcript with a grade of AU. No credit is granted for such courses.
  • Audit students are required to attend all lectures and participate in class, but will not be required to complete assignments. Projects and exams of auditors will not be graded, although course reading may be required.
  • Students who cease attending will receive a grade of AW; those who formally withdraw may be eligible for a refund of tuition and receive a grade of W.
  • The deadline to change from credit to audit is the last day to enter a course without permission. See academic calendar for date.

  • $250 Tuition deposit is in effect for auditing students.
