Mo Hickman Ambrose Student Ambassador

Meet Mo Hickman

My name is Mo Hickman and I was raised in Oxford NS, home of the oldest Church of the Nazarene in Canada. I am in my 4th year at Ambrose and am taking a Bachelor of Theology in Church Ministry with minors in Music and Theatre. I have a passion for storytelling and want to share God’s story with the world. I’m not graduating – yet – but look forward to serving as a Worship and Creative Arts Pastor or wherever God takes me. I will be on internship starting January 2019 in Hamilton, Ontario!

Have a question about something I wrote? Send me an email at maureen.hickman@ambrose.edu

Should I Stay or Should I Go?

These past two years living on residence have been life-changing. I’ve made some super close friends and some amazing memories. I would not trade this experience for the world! But after two incredible years living in this community, my friends and I are considering moving off-campus next year. I’ve decided to make a list of some of my favourite things about living on ‘res’, and a list of what I’m looking forward to if we do move out!
