From the kitchen table of the townhouse you can one of the big stone Ambrose signs, from the living room you can see waves. This townhouse unit is the bottom level of the townhouse--the bedrooms are in the basement and the kitchen and living room are on the main floor. There is a lot of light coming through the windows (even in the basement). The townhouse is modern with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dryer/washer, sink, fridge/freezer, and kitchen cabinets. There are two regular sized bedrooms that have a full bathroom (with tub) next to them and there is a master bedroom with large walk-in closet and full bathroom (with shower). There are basic furnishings: dining table, chairs, utensils, kitchen appliances, sectional couch, and television that is shared by all. Furnishings for bedrooms will be needed but help finding furnishings will be provided upon request. We are current or previous Ambrose students and are pet and smoke free.

The townhouse is located in Springborough literally across from Ambrose, Waves, Dominos, Seven-Eleven, and Rexall. Bus stops on either side of the road are within a minute walk. 5-10 minute walking distance to Westside Recreation Centre and to 69 Street Station. The unit is available at the end of April/beginning of May for rent until minimum end of August or later.

Depending on the number of tenants in the house and which room you are in the rent ranges form $450 to $650 including utility and wireless internet. One regular room is available and the master bedroom easily fits two people if you are looking for the cheaper rent. Damage deposit of $400. Bright and spacious bedroom in shared condo near Mount Royal I'm looking for a mature female to share a beautiful top floor two bedroom condo with a large balcony.  The condo is fully furnished and the bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe. There is a shared full bath and ensuite laundry. Internet and utilities are included. The kitchen is fully stocked. There isn't a lot of storage but some space for kitchen supplies, outdoor gear, etc! This building is well maintained and quiet, and super accessible to Mount Royal, Glenmore and Crowchild.   I'm a fairly quiet 30 (ish) professional christian, working at a University, taking classes on the side, and try and get outside as much as possible.  Basically I'm looking for someone to share the space, hang out from time to time, and clean up after themselves.
