What does Black History Month mean to me?

Black History Month, to me, means Black love. It recognizes the people and the beautiful culture from all around the world. I am proud to be black and love being a black woman. During Black History Month, unity brings us together to celebrate and love who we are, expressing the greatness and beauty we as black people are.

Who is a Black Public Figure I Look up to and Why?

One of my heroes is a YouTuber called Nella Rose; she inspires me to work hard in all that I do. Even when people were bringing her down, and life got very hard, she chose to climb back from that and become more successful than before. She may not be well known, but she sure does seem like a hero for young black girls everywhere who value working hard and pushing towards their goals.
