The Office of the Registrar provides service to all students in the areas of registration, transfer credit, academic records, and graduation, as well as in the interpretation and application of academic policies and procedures. Undergraduate
Each program has expected requirements to complete your degree. Current students can view completed, pending, and outstanding course requirements by logging into their student portal and selecting "audit your degree".
Seminary
The seminary programs and certificates at Ambrose Seminary derive from our mission statements, philosophies of learning, goals and objectives. The following lists the available Ambrose Seminary programs and certificates.
Academic Calendars
Important Dates for Fall 2024
- Last day to withdraw from courses without academic penalty: November 18
- Last day to apply for a course work extension: December 9
- Last day of classes: December 9
- Final Exams (including Saturday): December 11-18
Important Dates for Winter 2025
- Classes begin: January 13
- Convocation Chapel: January 14
- Last day to add/drop with tuition refund: January 26
- Undergraduate Program Day (no daytime classes): January 30
- Family Day (no classes, campus closed): February 17
- Reading Week/Winter Module classes*: February 18 - 22
- Last day to request revised time for a final exam: March 3
- Registration opens for next year: March 24
- Academic Advising Weeks: March 24 - April 4
- Ambrose Research Conference (no daytime classes): March 26
- Last day to withdraw from courses without academic penalty: March 26
- Last day of classes: April 17
- Last day to apply for extension for course work: April 17
- Good Friday (no classes, campus closed): April 18
- Easter Monday (no classes, campus closed): April 21
- Final Exams (including Saturday): April 22 - 29
- Graduation - Convocation Ceremony (School of Education): April 25
