Meet Ambrose Student Dibora Mehari

What do you see in the Black community that you positively encourage?

A rise in awareness has transitioned us from fighting for the bare minimum to preparing for the harvest of systemic freedom through innovation and forward-thinking. Politically and socially, conversations are being had, and hearts being moved, allowing the Black experience to thrive in its full expression. I encourage the boldness of speakers and the openness of listeners. I see the zeal of the public to engage in movements because they recognize the social impact of supremacy (of any kind). The Black student body at Ambrose, a subgroup of the larger Black association, continues to further the notion of between-group alliance in order to show the glorious splendor of authentic unity.
