Ambrose Wellness invites you to enjoy breakfast with women from all walks of life on the Ambrose Campus. Invest in your health – mental, physical and spiritual - as we discuss issues particular to women.
Decia McTavish, a counselling practicum student from Providence Theological Seminary, currently on our counselling team at Ambrose, will share insights into how body image affects our mental health and how we can develop healthy ways of thinking about our body and our self.
Joining her will be Tracey Urquhart, Wellness Coordinator and Dana Bayduza, Spiritual Life & Events Coordinator. Tracey will be reminding us of why taking care of our breast health is important as well as providing tips on proper bra fitting. Dana will be leading the conversation around what it means to be a Christian women today and how to be a part of a supportive community of women.
All this, plus a draw for Ambrose swag!
This is an inclusive event and is open to all Ambrose students who identify as female.
