PS 333 Play Therapy

This course provides an overview of the different theories relating to play therapy, introductory knowledge of Gestalt theory, as well as an introduction to different types and mediums of play. Participants will have opportunity to engage in experiential activities. Group learning emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, along with group consultation. Note: This course has a class maximum of 25 students. Prerequisite: 3 credits in Psychology at the senior level.
