We highly recommend all first year students under 21 years of age to live in Residence. We believe it is your best options for a smooth and supportive transition into university life and to experience all that Ambrose community has to offer. Studies show that living in residence has a positive impact on student satisfaction and degree completion, plus who can beat the commute?
To reserve a spot, all residence students must submit a completed Residence Application and a $400 deposit. Applications will not be registered until we confirm that we received your deposit. Please submit applications and your deposit by June 15th. If you would like to withdraw your residence application, please notify the RD in writing before June 15th in order to receive your full damage deposit back. There will be a $50.00 late fee for those who do not register before September 1.

Meal Plans are returning to a declining balance system. Please select your meal plan from the following options.

Living in residence will be a full semester commitment, much like a lease agreement. We will not be offering refunds if a student decides to leave early. If there is a unique situation where we would ask you to move out early Ambrose University would provide a pro-rated refund.
The information provided by me in this Residence Application is true and complete in all aspects and no information has been withheld. I understand that if I am accepted, any false statement(s) will be considered a cause for eviction. I understand that the completion of this application indicates I will abide by all terms and policies listed in the Ambrose Community Standards and Residence Life Community Standards. I understand and give permission to the Residence Director to contact previous institutions for reference.
