Church Servant Leadership Scholarship Nomination

The following information will be used in determining eligibility for the Church Servant Leadership Scholarship Program. The Pastor or Church Leader will complete and submit the nomination form to the Ambrose Financial Aid & Awards Coordinator. After the Church and Ambrose finalize the details, the Church will confirm them with the student.
