A degree parchment is a legal document showing you successfully graduated from post-secondary studies. This parchment is awarded to students on the day of their graduation. If you have had your parchment lost, destroyed or stolen, you may request a replacement parchment for a fee of $50.00. Upon submission of this form, Student Accounts will email you payment details. Ambrose University will not be held responsible for any mailing error if you provide incorrect information.
If your parchment has been damaged, the original parchment--or any part thereof--must be returned to Ambrose University before a new one is issued. The replacement parchment will contain a note that the parchment has been reissued. Replacement parchments may not contain original signatures and may take 6-8 weeks for processing. No express mailing available. If you require proof of graduation more quickly, please request a Confirmation of Graduation Letter on our Information Release Form.
