Individual Course Registration Form

If you have not been formally admitted to Ambrose or you are a visiting student from another institution, please complete and submit this form to register for courses. Undergraduate students may use this method of registration to register for up to 5 courses or 15 credit hours as an unclassified student and Graduate students 3 courses or 9 credit hours as an unclassified student. Here are the three types of students who may registrar with this form: 

• Open Studies Student: An "Open Studies student" is a student who is permitted to take regular university credit courses, but is not admitted to a program leading to a degree, certificate or diploma.
• CPE Student: Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) courses are offered through Ambrose University in partnership with Alberta Health Services. If you have been accepted into the program please submit this form, if not please contact Alberta Health Services.

• Visiting Student: A "Visiting Student" is a student who is permitted to take a course or courses at Ambrose to transfer to a degree program at another recognized institution.
