Transcript Request Form

Thank you for requesting a transcript from Ambrose University. Some important notes:

  • Allow five to ten business days for your request to be processed and completed. All transcript requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. 
  • All Official Transcript requests have a fee. Each individual official transcript costs $10.00 that includes the transcript being sent via regular mail, emailed or picked up. If you would like your transcript sent via express post, the cost is $30.00 per transcript. Payment options will be listed on the form submission completion page.
  • Unofficial Transcripts are free of charge but will only be issued in PDF format via email.
  • Ambrose University will not be held responsible for incorrect information such as address, etc. that results in a transcript not arriving to the correct destination. 
  • If your student account has any financial hold associated with it, your transcript will not be released. Please clear all owing balences before submitting your request form.
