Transcript Request Form

Thank you for requesting a transcript from Ambrose University. Some important notes:

  • Allow five to ten business days for your request to be processed and completed. All transcript requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. 
  • All Official Transcript requests have a fee. Each individual official transcript costs $15.00 that includes the transcript being sent via regular mail, emailed or picked up. If you would like your transcript sent via express post, the cost is $30.00 per transcript. Payment options will be listed on the form submission completion page.
  • Unofficial Transcripts are free of charge but will only be issued in PDF format via email.
  • Ambrose University will not be held responsible for incorrect information such as address, etc. that results in a transcript not arriving to the correct destination. 
  • If your student account has any financial hold associated with it, your transcript will not be released. Please clear all owing balences before submitting your request form. 
PLEASE NOTE: The Canada Post strike is causing significant delivery delays for all mail. If you need to ensure an arrival date, please choose the express post option. We also recommend connecting with wherever you are wanting the transcript sent to in order to inquire if they will accept a digital copy (PDF scanned) instead of hard copy.
