What does Black History Month mean to me?

Black history month is more than just a month of appreciation and acknowledgement, but also a month of learning and educating. As important as it is to have knowledge about black history month, it is just also as important to go and spread that knowledge.  

Who is a Black Public Figure I Look up to and Why?

The first answer that came to mind was my parents, but beside from them it would be Lebron James. To me LeBron story is a story of hope, a child who came from a single parent home and made something out of himself. Being one of the greats to ever play the game of basketball.
