A Student Athlete Leadership Team member is an ambassador of Lions Athletics. They act as a representative council of their fellow student athletes, provide feedback to the Athletics Department, engage and lead in various Athletic Events, and take part in leadership learning and development. The team members will work closely with the Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation and the Manager of Athletic Events and Sports Information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be a part of leadership development through fun, engaging, and experiential learning
- To be a representative council and voice of the SA’s for Athletics input and growth
- To be Ambrose University (as a whole) and Ambrose Lions Athletics community builders amongst their peers
- To be connected to and a part of other Student Leaders on campus and attend the Fall leadership retreat
- To help lead and serve at various Athletics events and activities
Duties and responsibilities performed within one's capabilities that do not constitute a major change may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of the supervisor either orally or in writing.

Reports to: Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation
Job Standards and Requirements:
A recommended GPA of 2.5 or higher and on a Lions Varsity Athletic team.
