Located in Tuscany (northwest Calgary)
The owner will be going away for most of the summer, so they are renting out two bedrooms in the condominium. They have a family friend that wants to rent one of the rooms for all 4 months, May through August. They are looking for another female student from Ambrose to rent the other, for all or part of the summer, for $550 each month (including utilities).
Two months up front, and then the last two months before the end of June.
Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and ensuite. The one available also has a million-dollar view of the mountains.
There is also, of course, a full kitchen, a study area, a dining room, a living room, and even a small basement. It has all the amenities, including washer and dryer and even air conditioning. There is a small yard in front, for those lovely evenings.
It is a four level walk out so you must be OK with stairs. There is also room for one car in the double car garage, as the other renter does not need it. The bus is a block away, and the C-train stops in Tuscany.
