Beautiful new renovated space available in a home with good vehicle access to Ambrose University! I am a semi-retired Christian woman looking for a single female student to share the house with myself and one cat (female student required due to shared spaces). The home is in a well-established neighborhood with a park-like back yard.

The dedicated student space encompasses the entire basement level of the home, is newly renovated and fully furnished. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), full bath, study area with desk, and lounge area with loveseat and TV (cable included). The bedroom has a large egress window and an integrated smoke/CO detector.  Fridge, microwave and ample storage are provided for convenience, with shared kitchen on the main level of the house for cooking. Laundry facility is also shared. The student is responsible for their own meals, groceries, bed & bath linens and other supplies. No other pets allowed; no smoking.  Street/driveway parking is available. 

The location is 25 km from Ambrose University, with easy driving access via Stony Trail.
