At Ambrose, we know that community is vital to formation, learning and development, especially during the unique life stage of attending seminary. Joining the Seminary Student Leadership Team is a fun way to get more deeply involved with the Ambrose Seminary community and to edify the Seminary student body.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The leader must commit to this position for the full academic year (August - April).
- Attend weekly Seminary Student Leadership Team (SSLT) meetings and work as a team with the SSLT.
- Organize Chapels in collaboration with Campus Pastor.
- Meet with Campus Pastor for collaboration on chapel events.
- Collaborate and assist Faculty as they organize the Seminary Retreats.
- Meet with individual SSLTs for support & encouragement as needed.
- Attend and assist with Fall and Winter Seminary Orientation Events and Seminary Retreats.
- Attend SSLT events and activities (Chapels and Seminary Lunches).
- Assist to maintain a clean and welcoming environment within the Seminary Commons.
- Be a campus resource; aware of campus programs and services, providing referrals as needed.
- To act as a liaison between students and Student Life regarding needs, problems & concerns.
- Attend the Fall and Winter Student Leadership Retreats and be available for on-campus training and preparation.
Duties and responsibilities performed within one's capabilities that do not constitute a major change may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of the supervisor either orally or in writing.

Compensation:
10% stipend.
