• Fully furnished private basement suite with exclusive use of bedroom, bath, living room, and bar-style kitchenette which includes fridge, microwave and coffee / tea appliances
• Common entrance to home, with access to basement suite
• Utilities, internet access, shared laundry, street parking
• All meals, including snacks and lunch supplies; evening meal may be eaten with the family, or as preferred by the Tenant.
• Non-smoking residence
• No pets, but family has two friendly dogs
• Located in Edgemont with good access to transit and a short distance to the Dalhousie C-Train station
• <10 minutes to Crowfoot Crossing, Beacon Hill, and Dalhousie Station shopping areas
• $1000 / month
• $1000 damage deposit
• Available January 1, 2025 (possibly a few days prior)
