Business Stream Leads
At Ambrose Business, we have five streams that students can choose: accounting, business intelligence & analytics, entrepreneurship & Innovation, human resources & organizational development, and marketing. As we continue to develop our student leaders and connections to industry for our students, we have appointed student stream leads to help facilitate our students engaging with one another and within industry.
Student stream leads seek to:
- Communicate with other students about opportunities in Calgary and area – i.e. CPA, CPHR, industry groups/meetups, key job fairs or hiring processes
- Attend and encourage other students to attend key events onsite or offsite
- Be a point person for more junior students seeking more information on a stream (along with our professors and advisors for the streams)
- Engage with Ambrose stream advisory committees where applicable, and help faculty plan streamspecific lunch ‘n learns and similar opportunities
